Shipping times vary by item. Check the Shipping section on each product page.

Ready-to-ship items ship within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items ship once production is complete; their shipping date is unknown at the time of purchase.

If your order includes pre-order items, they ship separately: everything else goes out on its normal timeline, and pre-order items follow once they're ready.

Touch the Third Rail, LLC is an independent label based in Brooklyn, New York. Our fabric is sourced, cut, and sewn in New Jersey. Printing is done locally in Queens, New York. Every order is hand-packed with love. Thank you for supporting our anti-establishment movement.

All items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only ship within the United States. Message @touchthirdrail for an exception to this policy.

Once your order ships, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We always recommend machine washing all products in cold water and hang drying to extend the life of the garment.
