Touch the Third Rail, LLC is an independent label based in Brooklyn, New York. Our fabric is sourced, cut, and sewn in New Jersey. Printing is done locally in Queens, New York. Every order is hand-packed with love. Thank you for supporting our anti-establishment movement.

All items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We always recommend machine washing all products in cold water and hang drying to extend the life of the garment.
